System Lockout (ERR 0001)
**Description:**
Users may be locked out of the system after multiple failed login attempts or when authentication validation does not complete successfully.
**Symptoms:**
- user receives error code ERR 0001 during login
- account access is blocked after repeated attempts
- login page may continue to reject valid credentials until the lockout period ends or the account is reset
**Business Impact:**
Users may be temporarily unable to access critical systems, including time-sensitive workflows and patient or operational records.
**Workaround:**
Wait for the lockout period to expire and retry login. If access is still blocked, reset the user account or escalate to the support team for manual unlock.
**Current Status:**
Known Error, workaround available.
If current workaround does not work. A Proxy Server reboot may be required. Contact Infrastructure team.
