✅ Step-by-Step Troubleshooting

1. Check Printer Power & Status

• Ensure the printer is turned ON
• Check for any error lights or messages on the display
• Confirm there are no paper jams

2. Verify Connection

For USB Printers:

• Ensure the cable is securely connected
• Try a different USB port

For Network/Wi-Fi Printers:

• Ensure printer and computer are on the same network
• Restart your router if needed

3. Set Printer as Default

• Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers (Windows)
• Select your printer → Click Set as Default Printer

4. Clear Print Queue
