✅ Step-by-Step Troubleshooting
1. Check Printer Power & Status
- Ensure the printer is turned ON
- Check for any error lights or messages on the display
- Confirm there are no paper jams
2. Verify Connection
For USB Printers:
- Ensure the cable is securely connected
- Try a different USB port
For Network/Wi-Fi Printers:
- Ensure printer and computer are on the same network
- Restart your router if needed
3. Set Printer as Default
- Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers (Windows)
- Select your printer → Click Set as Default Printer
4. Clear Print Queue
- Open Printer Queue
- Cancel all pending jobs
- Restart the printer and try printing again
5. Restart Devices
- Turn off printer and computer
